Name all Independent countries (that have Foreign Services, Diplomatic Corps, and Embassies.)?

Question

Approximately 200 Independent countries.

Also all Dependencies, there are about 50. Uninhabited islands do not count.

Please help me, this is worth a lot. And no links, just information. Thank you.
