Specialist doctors include gynaecology, psychiatry, pharmacology, paediatrics, oncology, emergency medicine...the list goes on.

To become one of the above, you need a Bachelor of Mecidine/Bachelor of Surgery degree, which takes 6-7 years to complete, followed by a few years of specialist training depending on what field of medicine you want to specialise in.
