  1. usa

  2. Belize, but they all speak Spanish.  That will change when the mennonites become the majority in 70 or so years.  The Mennonites are currently about 12% of the population and speak a dialect of Plattdeutch

  3. There are none.....however many people do speak English in central America to accomodate tourism.

  4. Panama

  5. Belize but good luck!!  It is such a Creole mix that it is sooooooooo hard to understand until you get the hang of it!!  Itis like Bubba from Forest Gump but a little more slurred still. I love it there, but it was tough!!  jejeje

  6. Yep, Belize used to be called British Honduras and is a U.K. Protectorate to this day.

  7. Belize is the only English speaking country on the Central American Istm however, Belize is considered part of the Caribbean for political and cultural purposes

  8. Belize

  9. funny

  10. In addition (although not a complete english speaking country) Much of the Afro-Caribbean coastal communities in Costa Rica speak english, as well.  San Andres Islands which are geographically Caribbean islands off the Central American coast but politically part of Colombia speak english, as well.

In Belize City and St. George (San Ignacio) I spent two days and ran into only a handful of Spanish speakers, I beleive they may have been Guatemelan immigrants,  i think the native population that speaks Spanish is a much smaller %.

  11. Belize is an English speaking country ... do a search on it.

  12. Belize, and the majority of the people on the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua & Honduras which are decedents from Jamaicans.

  13. There are none.  They all have some english speaking inhabitants.  Many of the answers I see, are discussing South America, not Central America.
