  1. You may not kiss your wife’s b*****s.

It is an old law from here in Florida. There are a couple other dumb ones where I got this one from. It needs to be discarded because the government should have no say in our personal lives. Feel free to check out the other ones also.

  2. All law relating to minors not being responsible for their actions is outdated, pointless and harmful.

The age at which a minor can be tried as an adult should go down to around 12 IMHO.

I knew what I was doing and I understood right and wrong much earlier than 12 and as a result I didn't break the law. Kids today know the difference between right and wrong as well, they just don't care because they know that the system makes allowances for them.

If they REALLY don't understand the difference between right and wrong then they're clearly not old enough to be out of their parents supervision yet and should be kept in doors in the name of public interest.

Another area of the law I don't like is the English law relating to self defense - I feel strongly that in today's world there is a definite need for the common man to have the rights and means to defend himself - not just sit there getting attacked and praying for a policeman to appear.

I also think that age of consent laws are outdated. They were no better than blanket legislation to cope with a problem too complex to bother with back when they were drafted up. In the 21st century, we should be basing consent and responsibility on something more rational than the number of Winter's that you've seen.
