Marijuana law. Because if alcohol is legal, marijuana should be too. The illegalization of marijuana today is the blame for the way it is looked upon. If beer was illegal, you'd have your "beerheads" of society that would get hated on.

Lesser penalties for teenagers who commit felonies.

If a teenager commits a felony, he needs to be punished at the same level as an adult.  In simpler times, rehabilitation in youth centers was a viable option.  To me, that tact has become obviated by the increasing violence perpetrated by today's teens.  The recidivism rates point to the fact that the present system does not work.
