Actually, whenever you change from one form of energy (chemcial or food energy) to another form (kinetic or electrical or any other form) one of the by-products is HEAT.  Therefore, every cell or tissue releases heat.

Adipose, skin, nervous and blood come to mind first. Yes, blood is a tissue.
