Name change in Georgia : Spalding, Clayton, Fulton, Dekalb county residents?

Question

If an individual were to change their name in Spalding, Clayton, Fulton or Dekalb counties which newspapers would they list their public notice in? I assume 1 local newspaper from each county would handle these notices for their courts - unless I am mistaken. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Change of name is a special proceeding in court and there must be publication requirements in the newspaper of general circulation of the petitioner.
