ALL my previous ??'s are related to this person (if u r interested). Am asking because I know a convicted felon who recently changed his 1st name 2 muslim name (to hide-he told me this). Am wondering if he changed it illegally via an online service or some other method. am not shocked he brazenly entered a GA. court due 2 the following: his Chicago drug dealing & gun possession convictions were NOT expunged as he hoped they would be (other criminal charges were sealed there). Relocated to GA. 5 yrs ago-in 05' convicted in Clayton county for writing bad checks. Has 3 warrants in Dekalb county (3 more tix turn into warrants soon-$1200 total). Dec 07 I was awarded a default judgment against him in Spalding county, owes child support arrears-IRS intercepts tax refunds, defaulted school loans& he & baby mama-together 4 yrs & have been committing FRAUD against Section 8, welfare, food stamps, medicaid, IRS & unemployment. i am looking 4 proof of name change so i can garnish his wages.

  1. Using the Muslim religeon is one way to legally change your name without appearing in front of a Judge personally. And yes, I have seen this done in the prison system for similar reasons.

One thing a person CANNOT change with their names is their social security number. If you still have that listed from your previous default, you can still track him down with his "new" name.

Best of luck and I hope this is useful to you
