  1. Jason Schmidt. Moises Alou. AJ Pierzinski. Hank Blalock. Mike Cameron. Craig Wilson. Shawn Green.

  2. Ray Durham

    Barry Zito

  3. Adrian Beltre

  4. Andruw Jones

  5. Chris Burke!

  6. bobby crosby

EDIT: hey to the loser below me, CROSBY WON THE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD!

  7. Sorry I just want to respond to one of the answers I saw. The one about Bo Jackson. He suffered a catastrophic injury playing football. He had hip problems and couldn't run nearly as good as before after that. With it being his hip he could never generate the same kind of power again. He split time between the two sports from 87-90 so he never played more than 135 games and still hit 141 career home runs. It's sad what happened to what was a great athletic career and for it to be cut short so early.

  8. Garry Mathews JR.

  9. Livan Hernandez was great with the Marlins for one year then went to so-so status for several years before falling from grace. I guess he really doesn't count though since he had some decent years after his one great year.

I guess Ryan Jensen is a great example, a mediocre prospect called up by the Giants a few years ago to fill in for an injured starter. He had great stuff for the rest of that season and the following season was slated as a starter but then sent down again. I think he's still in AAA somewhere.

  10. Adrian Beltre is a major one. He somehow hit 48 home runs in 2004 and hasn't come close since then.

Brad Radke of the Minnesota Twins. We was 20-10 in 1997 and spent the rest of his career around .500.

Brady Anderson. Hit 50 home runs for the Orioles in 1996. His second highest total for his career was 24.

Angel Berrora. 2003 Kansas City Royals. He won rookie of the year hitting 17 home runs and 73 rbis. 5 years later, he's nowhere to be seen.

Ken Caminiti. 1996 San Diego Padres. He won the MVP award hitting .326 with 40 home runs and 130 rbis. That was the only year he he had 100 rbis. Turned out he used steroids. He died in 2004.

  11. Hank Blalock

  12. Fernando Tatis 1999 STL

    Adrian Beltre 2004 LAD

    Morgan Ensberg 2005 HOU

They all were one year wonders and faded. Look at Ensberg now, went from NYY to CLE, not even a utilityman. Beltre is stil playing but is average. Tatis is making a comeback and is doing well in the Mets but won't live up to 99.

Crosby never had a good year

    Blalock was good 03-04

Andruw had a lot of good years until last year

    Schmidt was good 02-04
