Name for Yu-Gi-Oh Card Deck

Question

I have Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship 2007 for the Nintendo DS and I have a good deck, my favorite cards are Toon Monsters and I have a lot of them in my deck. Here are the cards I have in my deck, and I've almost never lost a duel against Ghosts, I've even beaten Jaden Yuki and Yami Yugi, but I've never won on Wi-Fi duels, can you also give me suggestions on how to improve?

Adjust your deck so that it is a toon deck. Give yourself some draw cards. Give yourself some graveyard special summoning cards. Make it a 40 card deck. no more than 20 monsters. no more than 6 high level monsters. no more than 6 traps. one trap should be mirror force. go with 2 solemn judgements. as for your spells, you should have at least 2 draw cards and at least 2 special summon from the graveyard cards like premature burial. lastly, for a deck name, try combining something cool like Fury and Toon for Toon Fury.
