Name for a baby boy. Tell me what you think

I am having a baby boy in November. Me and my husband have decided on naming the baby Alexander Charles (Charles after my grandfather) Im just wondering what you think of the name?

I am one for simple names.

  1. I don't think they go together. maybe charles or Alexander on their own or with another combination like Alexander Nicholas or James Charles. anyway just my opinion if it works for u then I suppose its fine

  27. It's nice but i have a brother named Alexander who is in college and whenever he gets a letter or a bill or something it says Ms. Alexandra, just a heads up.

  28. I love names that can be formal or everyday. Alexander would be great when he gets older and is in his career, or the day he is married. But....Alex is so wonderful for family and everyday. Great choice!

  30. I think it's a great name.  Growing up he can always have a nickname (Al, Alex) if he wants, yet, when he's applying for jobs Alexander is a very professional name.
