Name for a parakeet?

Question

I wanted a blue one, and if i do get a blue one, was thinking about naming him Jupiter. But any suggestions?

I had a parakeet a few years ago. I named him Buddy, but he was not a buddy, he was mean! he died of stroke after, like, a year. You could name him Blue or Cutie. (I almost named my parakeet Flowertree!) So, just name him what you think fits him. I wish you my best!

I really like Jupiter.  It's cute and original.  

I have a blue one named Neo, because the way he avoids our hands is by leaning back on his perch as far as he can...which reminded us of Neo in the Matrix when he's dodging the bullets coming at him.

Other suggestions (other than ones already mentioned by other posters)  would be Sky or Skylar but I don't think you need them....Jupiter is a good name.

Yeah I like that name. You could either name him on his looks or his personality. They both work. I like the name Aqua for a blue one. Be creative!

I have a blue parakeet whose name is Sudsy, although i was considering naming him Cloud[y], Midnight, Sky, Opal, or Sapphire [i liked sapphire].

I like the name Jupiter!! The names Max and Sam are used alot...and I don't really advise you to name your parakeet Sam or Max. :) But if your parakeet will be blue and a boy I would think:

-Rocket

-Jay

-Shooter

-Bradey

-Damion

Its a very cute name.  I named my bird Sweetie Pie.
