Name ideas for characters in a story?

ok im writing a story with my friend, and we have all our characters planned out, and everything, now all we need is the names, any ideas?

3 boys names (we were thinking of versions of our best boy mates names, mathieu, marc and naite?) do you think that's a good idea or not?

and 4 girls names we want names 2 reflect their personality's.....
