Name of 1990's/early 2000's YTV show..?

Question

Trying to get the name of a show that used to come on YTV. At the beginning of the show it was this blue bug and a maggot talking..then a story would be told after..

can anybody think of what this is called??

"Erky Perky" comes to mind ( http://www.ytv.com/programming/shows/erk... ) but that's somewhat more recent than what you mention.
