Name of Game similar to Rubiks cube?

Question

I am trying to figure out the name of a game/toy. I used to play it in the 80s, it was similar to Rubiks Cube and may have been by the same maker. If I remember correctly, it was in the shape of a rectangle, it was flat and had circles on the side(s). I believe you had to maneuver the smaller squares in the rectangle so all of the circles were together. I know I'm not describing it good but hopefully it helps a little!! Does this game sound familiar to anyone??? Anyone know the name??
