I know the story 92% I just need the names of the guy and the flower that was named after him (some other info might be a bit off, but if you know the answer, that shouldn't matter). This gorgeous Greek guy was wondering through the woods when Cupid shows up on orders from Aphrodite who wanted this man to marry her daughter (or other person...) and Cupid shoots him with a special arrow that will make him fall in love with the first person he sees next. Aphrodite had planned for it to be the intended person, but he had stopped in a clearing to get some water from the lake and fell madly in love with his reflection. He died wasting away staring at himself. The flower that was named after him is very poisonous (vanity is deadly), only grows on the edge of bodies of water (like lakes and rivers), and is always slumped over looking at the water (always at his reflection). Can anyone tell me the name of said person and plant? It's been bugging me for weeks without fail and no one seems to know.....
Thanks
