Napoleon had many different horses, but the one most well-known was an Arabian stallion named Marengo.  Napoleon treated his horses horribly, by the way.   They were never properly cared for and were ridden to exhaustion.

He also had horses called Ali, Vizir, Roitelet I and Roitelet II.

He seemed to favour Arabian horses.
