Name of a certain chinese dish or food ? ? ?

I can't remember the name of this kind of food!

Here are some things I can remember about it:

1.) Dish found in China

2.) It can either smell good or bad to you.

3.) Some people love it and some people hate it.

4.) You can buy it at local places there.

5.) It has a distinctive smell to it. It smells really sickly sweet, so sweet that it's gross.
