Name of a common souvineer?

There is a souvineer that you can typically get from an aquarium or museum. It is a cylinder shaped, soft plastic toy that many kids enjoy. It is filled with water and sometimes has small plastic sea creatures or glitter floating around in it. When you hold them in your hand loosly they just slide right through.
