Name of a good area (not too costly) near Mall In Alexandria?

i can't remember what the malls name is, but it has a grocery store w/ all sorts of western stuff in it (fruit loops, corn flakes, even dutch cheese). there were lots of kids driving toy vehicles in that particular mall also. What are the neighborhoods names surrounding that area?

do u mean green plaza  the entrance there is toy vehicles and when u get to the end there is a cenima ? it's in smouha not too costly if u went along the opposite street

edit: it's opposite street have the three types the luxury appartement the first ones and the normal appartement which are located in the middle of the street like "el bostan" apaartements but dun get the end of the street cz maybe it's a local area i'm living in the begining of the street and it's quite good

Smouha  ... this is the district

And the mall is called Green Plaza with lots of cafes  and a hyper market

in Sumuha there are Green Plaza and Zahran malls .
