Name of a movie about a plan crash and time travel?

Does anyone remember the name of a movie with the following sort of plot line.

A plane crashes and someone survives. But he remembers seeing weird stuff on the plane and somehow ends up with something from the future.

Turns out that there is a group of people in the future that take people that are about to die (like in a plane crash) and replace them with identical bodies so that they can repopulate the world in the future...
