Name of a movie from the late 80's early 90's?

When I was younger me and a friend were watching tv and came across this movie that we thought was awesome. Unfortunately we never caught the name and it was before we really knew any famous actors. Anyways the movie is about this Husband that hires a hit man to kill his wife. The husband is a complete womanizer. anyways the hitman tries to get close to the wife but ends up falling for her. At the end the husband and the hit man are struggling over a gun on a bridge over a small creek. In the end the hitman and the wife are killed by the husband and the husband is seen sitting outside at a restaurant with the wifes best friend.

The thing that stands out the most is the Hitman was HOTT in my eyes back then. He had black hair and crystal blue eyes. So clear they were barely blue. and he had a smooth voice.

If you have any idea on the name of this movie I would really appreciate it. I've been looking for a long time and really want to watch it again to see if it's as good as I remember.

I don't know the movie, but the hit man sounds like Brian Bloom, very hot, black hair, crystal blue eyes, he was an actor in that time frame. I would do a search on him and see if you can figure out the movie. Check out this link below, there is a picture of him see if it looks like the same guy. : )

the thing that comes to mind is a 2000 movie called The Whole Nine Yards. Other than that i have no clue.
