i was just in santa ponsa and the played this song they hole time it started out kind of like an a b c song and then went into a dance song?

If it is the same song I think it is, it's a bunch of girls in a band I believe called Las Ketchup(?). The name makes sense because they are related to someone called la tomata, I believe. Check out the link.

I think must be LAS KETCHUP and the song is the "asereje".

don't try to translate and understand the chorus because it has no sense.....
