Name of autistic savant who paints please?

Question

I watched a programme a couple of months ago(UK) about a young man who is an autistic savant and he draws/paints complicated pictures in fine detail. He was challenged to draw a view of London and he did it very accurately after only looking at the view for a short while. Can anyone help me with his name,please?
