Name of fish?? please help *10 points*!?

i need to know the name of this fish, i remember in second grade when i was reading a book and the man of war was o n the page nxt to it. it was like purple, and it had two tentacles and one cyclops eye connected to the two tentacles and like a light on its head, PLEASE HLP its been buggin me and i need to know... thank you very much.:)

i can only think up of two answers to your question:

lantern fishes and angler fishes.i only based it when you said there was a light on its head.there are only two fish i know that has 2 lights on their heads.
