Anyway.

I found this game, and you were the ruler of a little empire, and you could mail other empires, and make factories for oil and stuff, and it was like a big world, and your empire is a little circle, and you could attack other empires, and there woulb be these little flying things and it was a birds-eye veiw game.

Whew.
