Name of kinds of attacks?

1) what kind of attack was that when Frankie grabbed Arnold and said hey your not listening to me? is that a choke,collar grab or lapel grab?

Without watching the video, a choke would necessarily cover the adam's apple to stop breathing, while a strangle would squeeze the neck from both sides to cut off blood supply to the head.  A collar grab of course would grab the collar up rather high, while a lapel grab would be about collar-bone high on the shirt or jacket.  I hope this helps you.
