Name of movie about jungle,ring,powder?

Question

When Iwas young I saw a movie that was about these people in the jungle finding a tribe that had a ring and they would stab the ring in the back of a mans neck mix the blood with a powder and when it was drank you would become young again. Does anyone know the name of this movie. I think it was a black & white film.

Rich suburban housewife June has become a haggard drunk because her doctor husband is a smug jerk who makes no secret out of the fact that he doesn't love her, never really did and married her for her money, which continues to finance his medical research. Doctor Jerk is hoping to find a cure for the aging process. Luckily for him, 152-year-old Malla comes into his office and offers him the answer to his dreams: a powder derived from a rare African plant which slows the aging process. In return for enough money to return to her native African village, she will sell him the powder. The opportunistic doctor readily agrees and quickly plans a trip to Africa in hopes of finding the mystical plant and harvesting it, dollar signs dancing before his eyes. ... The whole party is kidnapped by natives and brought back to their village, where the ancient Malla now reigns supreme. She refuses to sell the plant to the greedy doctor, but she does offer to make June young again before she has them all executed. Unfortunately, the plant powder requires one more ingredient to make it fully effective: fluid from the male pineal gland, extracted from a sacrificed man. Sick of her callous, abusive husband~who at one point was plotting to leave her with the natives while he escaped, June has him killed, and his pineal fluid turns her into a blond bombshell. She escapes from the village, but the age regression is not permanent. June realizes she must continue to kill men if she wants to remain young.
