i was in japan last week and i heard this song on the radio many many many times and since i dont understand japanese this is what i was able to come up with.

please help !

there's an electric guitar in there and a guy sings it.. "tara(memo)makenae.... zettai makenae...moyori...konoyori"

i know i'm very vague! but this is all i can make out!
