they play this intrumental music when they show highlight or what is expected in the program when BBC shows the Beijing Olympic.

It's by Damon Albarn. It's an excerpt from the soundtrack to the show he premiered at the Manchester International Festival a year or so ago (it was really good!) called Monkey: The Journey. It's based on the legend of Monkey (the same one the BBC made in the 70's / 80's)

I think it's touring now - if you get the chance to see it, go!

And the animation is by the same guy - Jamie Hewlett I think - that does the Gorillaz videos.
