Name of the Olympic theme?

(This is the song that was played with the short film with the monkey, pig and kappa.)

I know that it's by Damon Albarn, but I would like to know the track name, since I can't seem to find it on the album "Journey To The West"

I think it was made for the BBC for the advert & is not available to the public, I telephoned the BBCs Library & thats what they told me.
