Its impossible to find the song you're talking about if thats all you remember, i've never heard it, and if I type 'Talib Kweli Lyrics' in a search bar, all im gonna find is a list of his songs or something...

Well, It's by the artist Talib Kweli for sure.  He's my favorite rapper, and to tell you the truth i don't know that song.
