Name of this anime/manga???

Question

I watched this anime when i was real young on t.v. Just wondering if anybody would know the name of it lol. Ok this is what was happening.

It was night time, and there were people on a building. One guy grabbed this girl and threw her off. Another guy jumped after her and in midair, did like swimming movements so that he could fly down towards the girl. He eventually got near her and grabbed her in his arms before they both fell into some sea or ocean.

Just wondering if anyone ever heard or watched an anime like this before. Lol i doubt anyone has, but hey its worth a try.

there are alot of anime/manga like that and the scene u jus described is so common that it is very hard to know what anime/manga you are talkin about but i do hope someone eles out there does know what anime/manga you are talkin  about......

maybe you can describe the characters more like what they look like!....

p.s i highly doubt that the anime is cardcaptors because there was no scene exactly like you explained so yeah. :)
