I want the price rage from $29.00 -$40.00 $50.00 during non peak times. Hotels the are in major cities.

  1. There is no hotel worth staying in at that price in Los Angeles.  You might get lucky on expedia or something.  Even a motel 6 or Super 8 would start at around $65 - $80.
