In anna university there is a course called MSc material science which deals with nano-technology extensively.By the way whats your basic degree,only guys with physics background can apply for this course.

As far as biotechnology it is available in university of madras,hyderabad university,mku university,sri ramachandra deemed university,srm deemed university and a lot more.Best of luck.
