Do a 50/50 Raffle where you sell double sided tickets for so much money and the winner drawn gets half the money and your charity keeps half.

If they are of driving age have them "rent" premium parking spaces for a day or week

If you have vending machines with cans-collect them and turn them into a recycling place for money

Sell home made baked goods in the cafeteria during lunches
