Name spelled wrong on airplane ticket?

Im flying to Europe tomorrow morning. I just noticed that my last name on the ticket is spelled completley wrong. Actually, its a different last name.

Is this an easy fix? Or is it possible I may not fly out tomorrow with the rest of my family?

You need to contact the airline immediately.  If your name doesn't match the name on your passport you will not be permitted to board.  Depending on the airline this could be a quick fix, but more than likely will be an expensive one.
