Name the BEST things to do in greece if you only have a day!?

please i'm going on an amazing cuise with this HUGE suite and amazing views and everything and i need to know more about greece can some one help? thankx :)

I am .assuming that you will be in ATHENS..in that case...in one day the best thing you can do with lasting memorie is to go to these four places.... all these are the higest elevations in athens...1.mt parnasos..where the casino is..2 lykavitos very good look out... 3 to the acropolis// then in the eveing  spend a  a great night  at a resurant or a tarvena.. preferable by the sea..go to loutsa plenty sea side resturants and tarvenas..   i would suggest you start with the acropolis first..then the casino take a jumper it does get cold up the u can simple have acoffe there and enjoyt the scenere...lykavitos is best at dusk.......hope this helps.

Please be more specific like where are you going to spend the day, in Athens ,some island ,where so we can help. Greece is quite big.

A day in Athens is a great experience,but it's just a day,so i would really be Wise as to how i spend it.I would go on a day tour to get as much as possible done ,because Athens is a difficult city. If you don't like to do that try to get the little train from Plaka that takes you all around and it only costs 5 EU for 1 1/2 hour and the guide gives you all the details It takes you right under the Acropolis Thisio and Constitution  square

Depends on what you're up to.

If you stop in a major port you'll find a historic monument nearby to visit.  Otherwise, I would say hit the beach, relax on a lounge sipping a frappe.

Then again, as you're on a cruise you may well be sick of watr by that point. :)

as far as activity it depends on where you will be in Greece.

However, where ever you go,eat as much Greek food as you can and try to meet alot of people and buy as much Greek olive oil as possible to bring home with you (trust me its that good) most of all soak it up and have a blast

Well there are many things you can do here in grecce but it depends the place you are visiting.Generally if you visit us here in Greece don't forget to take a walk near the sea ,to eat souvlaki ,to drink frape(a delicious kind of coffee) and of course to flirt with greek lovers!:)

P.S   I  think it's better to visit a greek island!!
