the bulls worst team in numbers was in 1975 (24-58)

however, there were years when the record was worse or better, but many had found the team was best.  a good example of this is when the spurs had a horrible record, aquired tim duncan, and had about a 50 win season.  this isnt good numbers, but that was the greatest comback recorded until the celtics this year.
