It is the 'largo' taken from the Symphony No.9 in E minor 'From the New World' composed by Antonin Dvorak..

It was indeed used famously here in the U.K to advertise Hovis bread.

I had a suspicion that this was the piece you were talking about in your earlier question but the mention of it being used to advertise Clover made me have second thoughts..

Anyway get the whole symphony it's one of the greatest ever.

Each of the four movements are breathtaking especially the exhilarating finale.
