Name the most terrifying moment of your life so far?

There have been so many, but I guess the most was when my dad came home in a rage and started yelling at us and being abusive towards me mom.  I was so scared, I thought he was going to kill us all.  I will never forget those years, months, weeks, days that he did this to my family.  I hate him so much, he is the cause of so many of my problems.

I haven't really had one..

Though a few years ago- my dad was driving me to somewhere- I think my house- anyways he was drunk, and he was on sleeping pills at the time..When he was driving, he kept swerving over to the wrong lane, and then he fell asleep- when there was a car coming at us head on..

We barely missed the car too! I wasn't terrified or anything- but that was the most Thrilling moment in my life.

Now that I think of it, there was one moment in my life when I felt truley terrified

I was a young child..

My father came home drunk

My Mother had almost commited suicide that day

And He came in and started screaming at her...

I watched it for a while, then I felt that he had put my mother in danger- so I stood in front of her- right in the middle of the fight..I was there the entire time when they were screaming, then my mother got her stuff- ran to the car and sped off without me..

I was in the room crying when my father started screaming at me to stop- and he was laughing at me.

I thought he was going to do something terrible to me- but all he did was chase me till I locked myself in my room for the night..

That was the most terrifying part of my life to this very day!

lol..it tis kind of funny- what a wuss I was...

The most terrifying moment in my life as pertains to me was when I was 14 and broke my neck, in a freak wrestling acci dent.  I crushed c-2 and was paralyzed from the jaws down.  Thankfully I made a full recovery, although I spent the next 3 months in the Hospital and the next year and a half in various braces, I am glad to say that other then some chronic pain and permanent stiffness I am just fine.

My most terrifying moment as an ad ult came just last Jan 14, 2007, when I found out my oldest Son had been Mur dered by an illegal alien that had been well known to the police but had been allowed free reign of our community until he committed the ultimate crime.  The Pain is ever present and does not subside.  If it were not for my family I would not be here now.

Hearing my brother had terminal cancer and having to tell my parents.

when i avoided a head on collision going 85 mph running into a field and flipping my car 5 times only to come out a concussion it still scares me to think about my dance with death even though i had many of them it was still the most terrifying
