  1. practice. thats a given.

dribbling with either hand. the best players out there can use either hand effectively and it makes it harder for defenses to make you dribble into traps and make you more unpredictable on offense.

ball control. dribble with a tennis ball... you get better reflexes for it and practice dribbling with you finger tips and not you palm.

    hope i helped some.

    have a nice day.

  2. squat low and roll one ball wit 1 hand and dribble the other but very low to the ground while walking full court then go backwards. then switch and do the same thing. dribble crossovers, squatting, with only ur wrists in between your legs, zig zag drills.

  3. you know wut i found really helpful in developing ballhandling...dribbiling 2 balls at once

  4. practice

    practice

    practice

  5. Dribbling has to be second nature. Performing drills where you practice all the different moves makes rounds out your skill so you’re never in a dribbling position of weakness. You’re not going to use everything in your bag of dribbling tricks every time down court, but it’s nice to know the skills are there when you need them.

My whole hearted recommendation is that you get in the gym, on the playground or even on your driveway and practice some basic skills:

Go the length of the court as fast as you can with your right hand and come back as fast as you can with the left. Once that makes you exhausted…

Walk it up the court three straight dribbles, then around the back to your left. Three straight dribbles, then around the back to your right. 6 lengths of the court.

Next…Go as far as you can simply dribbling through your legs non-stop. Righthand long-stride between the legs, lefthand, long-stride between the legs. Up and down the court. 6 lengths.

Do these every day and you're well on your way to basketball dribbling mastery.

  6. first thing: see second thing

    second thing: see third thing

    third thing: see first thing

    get it ?

  7. dribble everyday or every chance you get

    dribble two balls at once

and idk cnt think of nun rite now
