1. They have the power of Judicial Review. Although this power is not stated clearly in the Constitution, it has been assumed as one of the powers of the Supreme Court.

2. They decide the most important and controversial cases in America.

3.The decide whether or not a law is unconstitutional.

4. May nullify laws that conflict with a more important law.
