  1. I usually call out Eddy Current only when inspecting for cracks.  They cannot tell me what the thickness is of the material or if there are any bond voids.  Other than that I would have to call up one of the NDI guys to find out.


  2. They are very nice things to inspect with.

  3. Operator expertise.

    Number of calibration standards.

    These are the two that come to mind first, there are others but I can't remember them right now.
