Name your top 3 pet peeves regarding fellow drivers?

Just curious if anyone else is as fed up with people's drving habits as I am! My top 3:

1. People passing on the right from the parking/right turn lane.

(I do my best to run them in to the next parked car!)

2.People making U-turns at traffic light intersections.

THIS IS ILLEGAL, People!

3. The dreaded talking on the phone while driving. Nothing is that important. If it is, PULL OVER!

1: People who suddenly change lanes right in front of you with no warning.

2: Tailgaters

3: People who stop suddenly so they can cause a wreck and blame it on the driver behind them.  

(The 3,rd one has never happened to me, but it is still a pet peeve of mine because I don't think it should happen to anyone).

I hate drivers who don't signal. Period. Or poke along in the passing lane which is for passing. And no Me again, I did not do either of those things last week, or any week before for that matter.

Non signalers/////Left lane slow pokes.////////People who decide they don't want to turn and are already in the turn lane when light turns green, then they expect to be accommodated by everybody and get out of the turn lane to go straight, all the while snarling up everybody....Idiots.

2. Tailgating..  this often leads me to checking your brakes and driving skills by slamming on my brakes

3. Waiting at the stop sign till I'm at the intersection and then pulling out in front of me.. I will pass you and promise to make you late for whatever you were going to

fantastic question well as a hgv driver my 3 pet hates are;-

1) Sitting in the middle of road with hazards on reverse lights on and a voice saying I'm reversing and still car drivers sit up ya **** waiting for me to move out of the way

2) being flashed through a gap by lovely people then finding out they have left me enough room to get a Minni through

3)car drivers using 2 lanes  some times lorries have to use 2 lanes to stop squashing other motorists CARS DO NOT NEED TWO LANES !!!!

Good question. These are mine:

(1) tailgating. I feel like slamming on the brakes when someone tailgates me at high speed. It would be their fault if I did.

(2) double parking. How lazy can someone be to inconvenience everyone, just to avoid parking the car and walking a few steps

(3) People who pass on the right hand side. Are they scared to pass on the left side?

And cellphone drivers should be treated as impaired drivers.

People who INTENTIONALLY get in the wrong lane when coming up to a turn because it is moving a little faster.

There is a two lane left turn I go through every morning.  The inside lane goes to the highway and the outer lane goes to the service road.  Every morning, I see people get out of the inside lane, zoom up the service road lane, and then cut back in at the last second to get on the highway.  We are all trying to get to work.....what make  these jerks so special they can't wait their turn like the rest of us!  (So I tailgate the car in front of me through the turn so there isn't room for the cheaters to cut back in----I know, I'm bad!)

My other pet peeve is people who change lanes at the last second at an intersection because the next lane over has one fewer car in it.  If I'm slowing down for a red light, I'm slowing down based on the distance between my car and the one already stopped in front of me.  When someone cuts in from another lane, it can cause an accident.

1. Slowing down while merging onto the freeway (Ive had someone several times stop and wait while trying to merge onto the freeway from an on-ramp).

2. Driving grandma slow in the fast lane

3. Texting on there phone, I have no problem with talking (as long as your iq is about 50) but texting, give me a break.

I know I only get three but this one is a very close 3rd; stopping in the middle of the street to have a conversation with your homie in the next car.  I love that!

My biggest pet peeve is drivers who cannot go even one day without regaling everyone with play-by-play recreations of their hellish commutes, tales of tailgaters, people who made an illegal lane change, people who didn't signal, people who signalled too long, people who cut them off, people who move into the space in front of them, people who drove a tick slower than them, blablablablabla. God DAMMIT shut up and stop whining. No one cares. Besides that, everything you whine about you did last week.

My pet peeves are all about impatient people who, because they are late or so busy and important or whatever, take terrible chances on the road that are dangerous to all of us.

So--

weaving in and out of traffic to gain a few car lengths

going way above the speed that the rest of the traffic is going

tailgating

not waiting their turn at an obstruction but jumping out of line and going around everyone else -- not only is this rude, it's unexpected and, on the road, doing the unexpected is dangerous

oh -- and I think talking on a cell phone while driving should be illegal.

Making U-turns at traffic light interesections is not always illegal.  So, here's my list:

1) People driving in the fast lane refusing to move over when somebody who wants to drive faster comes up behind them.  Also, people driving next to each other (going the same speed) on a two-lane road.

2)  Being tailgated on a single lane road when you're already driving 10 over the limit.

3)  Changing lanes or turning in front of me without using your turn signal.

1. Tailgating when your already doing 5-10 over the speed limit.

2. Like everyone else said talking on their cellphone I hate that.

3. When someone goes in front of you and goes under the speed limit right until they get to the light and it turns yellow all the sudden they find the gas pedal and then you get stuck at the light you intended on going through because of that one person.

1. People doing anything other than driving while driving, people just don't understand the the 1/2 ton of METAL you are driving around kills people mostly due to negligence.

2. People who are being passed on the right because they aren't going the speed limit (far below it) in the left lane and refuse to move to the right to allow others to pass.

3. People who have to slow down and stare at a cop or an accident like it's the next coolest thing since sliced bread and slowing the traffic that doesn't care about a cop issuing a ticket or a bent fender.
