Ponolith

Meehaw

Bragantuan

Parsney

Minimeet

Brahahaan

Blabloom

These our cultural names, but we're trying our best to pick a name that'll be a compromise between our culture and the American culture.

Which one do you prefer? He's male.

Thanks!

  1. Well, none of these really identify with American culture, but I would not go with Blabloom because that sounds like ba-boom or bamboon...both of which children will tease him about.

I guess if I had to pick one, it would be Brahahaan, because his American friends could maybe call him Brian.  What about a variation of the name Abraham, you could make it Abrahaan; so his friends could call him Abe, but it is similar to Brahahaan.

I don't know, that is the best I can do!

  2. Why are you picking out names for your FRIEND's son??

What is your culture by the way?

    ~Julie

  3. PARSNEY looks like the most american out of them all

  4. How do these name compromise with american culture?

  5. Just one question. Why the h**l are you picking out names for your friend's baby??

  6. Um do you even KNOW any American names?  So far you've failed horribly!

  7. Sorry but those names may be super cool in your culture, but they're not even close to "American" names.  Which is more important to your friend- naming her child something from her culture or something more American.  If you live in America and this child is going to grow up in America then I would Definitely pick something else.  That child will be stereotyped and made incredible fun of their whole life!!!

Why not go with an American name for the first name and something more cultural for his middle name.

    I don't know, but here's a few suggestions...

    Jaxon Ponolith

    Matthew Brahahaan

    Justin Ponolith

    William Bragantuan

Well, there's just a few suggestions.  Good luck!

  8. Dude. Please name the kid Blabloom. hahahaha!

  9. My favs are MiniMe, HeeHaw, Parsley and

BaBOOM! the best out of the suggestions you have. Hope I helped!

  10. Man!!! I hope you are being serious cause those are awesome! But...I think this is a joke and the baby will end up with something stupid like Christopher or Daniel.

  11. I don't really love them but the first is my fav.

  12. I don't like any of them.

    Mini mee t?

    Bla bloom?

If you want the child to blend with the American culture pick something different. These don't blend they stick out and are a sure sign to get beat up and picked on by the kids in school.

  13. Ok, NOT good choices for an AMERICAN born baby!! Yes, America has a mix of cultures but people should pick PLEASANT sonding names for a baby. Exactly what is your culture?

  14. I think you should name him something that is not weird. But I say Minimeet.

  15. I think you should keep looking, some of those are hard to say let alone spell.  Remember the child has to go to school someday
