Names for a salad bar :) any suggestions ??

Im looking to open an upmarket salad bar, and i was wondering whether anybody could think of any good name, something classy, unique. Please help me.

Or, what is the name of the street you will be opening the bar on? You could incorporate the street into the name..e.g if the street name is St Andrews..it could be THE GREEN ROOM then in smaller print, st andrews. People aren't looking for anything fancy..just make sure you make your signs eye catching and non tacky so you pull in the right punters!

Make sure you sell sprouted seeds and beans..they are all the rage at the moment in the health industry. (alfalfa, broccoli, aduki, mung, white radish, fenugreek, red clover, chickpeas)

You could also produce your own healthy salad dressings.
