Names for my new child??

Question

i have decided to adopt again! it will take a year but i'm really excited! so i need boy and girl names more than likely a boy names but throw in a few girl names! i will be adopting from Romania or china so any Chinese or Romanian names are welcome! i would like him or her to have some connection with their heritage ! thanks! ps. it will more than likely be about 2 years old if i adopt from Romainia(they are given numbers instead of name there, that's were i adopted before), any names are welcome(if chinese the child will be a girl more than likely)
