  1. None. Convicted felons get expelled from Congress, such as what happened 6 years ago to Jim Traficant.

  2. In Congress currently- none.

Upon conviction you get expelled. I had to look it up Larry Craig was a misdeameanor.  Jim Traficant was the last member to be expelled after being convicted on 10 felony counts.  Interestingly he ran for his old seat while in prison serving an 8 year jail sentance and got 15% of the vote. It seems while you can't be a convicted felon and vote you can run for office as one.

BTW G. Bush has never been convicted of a felony. His convictions are all misdeameanors.

  3. Considering that the majority of Congress are Democrats the list should be extensive..

  4. Bush is not in Congress.

  5. Bush is one, with several DUIs and a coke possession.
