Your state commissioner of insurance (or whatever the position is called in your jurisdiction) has a listing for you.

Call the local office of the commissioner.  Ask for a list of all the companies authorized to write that line.

You may have to consider a surplus lines broker, yet this is doubtful.

See if there is a CPCU listed in the insurance section of your phone book.  Go from there, buddy.
